Karla is the Business Development Director at Keyway. She is responsible for business growth and development by exploring and integrating new market opportunities.

She is vital in project acquisition and management. She is a master of creativity, in the shop and at home.

Karla has 15 years of ownership experience in general building construction, building custom homes and working closely with sub contractors of all trades.  She is a licensed insurance producer and holds certifications in social media marketing & business management.

Karla is a small town girl from Idaho. Her favorite title she holds is that of "Mom".
